Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for market research and data analysis, determining the development positioning and research direction of new products, including product appearance requirements, functional requirements, development management, etc;
2. Expand new product lines and develop and execute development plans, operational plans, and sales target plans, responsible for product line sales targets;
3. Search for high-quality suppliers, review the qualifications and conditions of new suppliers, and cooperate with procurement to do a good job in supply chain management, optimize supplier structure, and ensure stable product supply;
4. Have accurate trend judgment and prediction of product lifecycle and price, control product inventory and risk, ensure product quality and after-sales service;
5. Create and maintain product information materials, organize and analyze market research data, calculate cost and profit, and predict the initial sales market. Analyze user needs and behaviors through data and user feedback, continuously improve and enhance product performance;
6. Responsible for following up on progress, managing the time nodes of each stage, identifying and filling in gaps in work arrangements during the progress process, conducting patent searches and infringement analysis on new products, and preventing and controlling risks.
Job requirements:
1. Graduated from a college or above, familiar with the e-commerce product development process, with strong resource integration ability and product development and coordination ability; Experience in developing network engineering products such as HDMI cables, DP cables, and power cables;
2. Has strong sensitivity and insight into the market, is familiar with consumer behavior in the market, and has a certain understanding and comprehension of products and market positioning;
3. Familiar with the business model of e-commerce, understand the attributes and costs of popular product lines, and be familiar with the shopping experience and product development direction of European and American users;
4. Have a keen ability to analyze and judge the market demands of the responsible product line users, have a clear understanding and grasp of the development pattern and trends of the industry, and have an understanding of industry norms and certification systems such as product production and processing;
5. Sensitive to data, adept at understanding customer behavior and needs through data analysis, and continuously operating innovative methods to meet customer needs.
